With the 3.0.0.0 update the buttons are large and in the way. This user nailed it perfectly on this idea.

Problem:

We are using smaller devices with 4-inch screens and scrolling can be a bit of a nuisance. Currently the menus operate in a list view with a lot of white space left on the right-hand side.

Solution:

Just as the workload and log off buttons in 3.0.0.0 are tiles and side by side let the user change the device menus from a list view to a grid view while browsing the menus. This will utilize the screen better on smaller devices and provide less scrolling for the user.
