I would like to know who is responsible for testing upgrades, My VAT Suggested Lines is not working after an upgrade!!! This is critical and I have seen similar things in the past where MS upgrades features, and fails to tell their own teams about upgrades and this incident VAT is broken which is a mission critical. Software has to be tested thoroughly there is no excuse for errors.

This is a rant but i will be escalating this as this is unacceptable and a waste of my time. Software is suppose to streamline work not fix bugs. So here is my suggestion publish test results for full transparency, and hold management accountable for bugs
