The Improved Signature Control added to Dynamics 365 Field Service allows users to switch the signature input method between handwritten pen input and keyboard input. However, when the signature is entered using the keyboard, it is not possible to verify whether the person who provided the signature is actually the customer. As a result, keyboard-based signatures are considered insufficient as a valid form of signature.

We would like to have a configuration option in the control settings that allows keyboard input to be disabled, so that only handwritten pen input can be used for signature capture.
