There's a growing demand for mobile capabilities with many clients I encounter. One of the key needs that has been growing is for a consumer facing mobile application that functions like a customer service portal but can be a "downloaded" application available to consumers without a huge licensing cost. Mobile applications are in high demand and with the emergence of an ever growing feature set with PowerApps, it'd be great to be able to leverage the framework for customer facing mobile applications.

While I've seen customer service portals used on a mobile device, the ability to have the same connection via a downloadable app (like a banking app or a store app) would be a huge win for clients using the D365/PowerApps platform.

Definitely a need for Higher education scenarios. We'd like to avoid custom app development and maintenance costs.
