It would be great if the CRM web application had some sort of built-in/OOB functionality to alert or notify a CRM user when a case has been updated. An example of this would be when users reach out to customers or work with them, and they update the case. Later on, customers may reply or update/change the case details and the CRM user does not have a great method available for knowing that the case has been updated within the UI unless they are actively monitoring each case. This is not much of a problem when you have a small number of cases to manage, but if the volume scales higher, it becomes much more difficult to manage without customizations.
