Many customer are scared to update apps themselves since the procedure today is that you first have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. The result is that they call support for help, and since this most often have to be done outside office hours it is both expensive and time consuming for the customers sice we have to get a Consultant to work late to help. A more userfriendly alternative would be to build a function called Update apps where I can choose which apps I would like to update and preferable also when. So a function to scedule this. I know we just should explain to the customers this is how it works and they should get used to it, but as we all know that is not always that easy. And a more userfriendly system is never wrong:-):-)
