The fact that you hijack the salesperson code on a customer with a bill-to code is not helpful. If there is a salesperson on a ship to code for a customer tied to a bill-to its should NOT change to the billing customer code. That is neither helpful nor useful. I should not have to have a programmer fix this either provide an option or just let the system pull from where any logical person would expect it to and not three steps upstream from something completely unrelated. You do actually have people who use and test the product right?
