Business scenario:

When a shop employee starts their shift and enters the starting amount, it should be measured against the remaining amount of the last shift that was performed with the register. In case both figures don't match with each other the employee has to recount (X times). If the problem persists, then a comment is to be registered so that HQ (or store managers) can take appropriate actions. After that the employee can start the shift.

Application requirements:

• Ability to toggle register closing/starting amount control on & off


• Ability to enforce a recount (similar to tender declaration control)


• Abillity to register a comment in the POS upon failed control


• Backend tracking of failed controls
