My two cents:As I see it, the developer are today free to:1) push their development to an online Sandbox directly from VSCode 2) or upload the .app manually.Online Sandboxes are for testing, yes.You should not Install from Marketplace (until you go live).-Having External partners or customers installing installing your development builds by themselves in their own sandboxes, that is another scenario which could be improved.

This should be possible for all types of discounts, not only with margin calculation.

And we should be able to setup Discounts without customers and items. When we build a Golden environment we create setup before data migration.
