I wanted to create an Alert from a table in Table browser which is not considered a Main table (HcmWorkerEmploymentDetailView) as by design Microsoft does not allow this. There is no other method to create an alert for all Employees where an Alert should be sent when the Employee End date has changed.
This will have to be a development.
My suggestion is to allow alerts to be created for all tables in Table browser.
