In NAV on prem - the Notes factbox that is found on different documents and master records gives users the ability to send notes that are entered here to another user (by selecting their User ID) so that they appear on that user's role center. This is lost functionality that would be beneficial to any organization using BC cloud. Can we please have it back?

Thanks you for your feedback. We have implemented a different mechanizm for notes in Business Central and sending notes and entries to colleagues will be achieved via different methods in the future.
