With the newest release of CRM 2016 (Dynamics 365) the "burger" has been removed. While I do appreciate the idea of saving clicks by opening both the main navigation area and the entities in one click it is no longer very visible to the user where to click to start navigating the system.

Here is what happens in real life...

When first opening the system the new user will start by clicking the first button (which actually looks like something that might open a main menu). The user is confused by seeing that this opens the Office 365 application menu. The user will then click on the next button "Dynamics 365". Here something strange happens that most users won't understand. Then they click the next button that properly says "Sales". Either nothing happens or they are directed to the "home"-entity. By now the user is properly very frustrated. If we are lucky and he has not given up yet he might figure out that he has to click on the small arrow to the right of "Sales" to get to the main navigation.

Please MS! Why does your UX team keep getting simple navigation wrong? It's simply incredible!

Bring back the burger (and the home button while you are at it)!
