Symptom: Customer Voice spilling HTML tags when opened on Mobile Phone.

Cause: Rich Text and modified text affecting the interface on Mobile survey

Resolution: Copying the text without any modification and changes


As it is now you get in lots of hidden code when you paste text from for example an pdf.

This will only show bad on the mobile friendly form.

It had been nice to be able to get a way to either automatically or with a button to paste in clean text or change so the mobile version shows it properly as the desktop version

Often people try to digitalize existing pdfs and as it is now you cannot just pasting in text without breaking the mobile version of the form.
