The ability to create appointment, add people and description, then automatically sync to the required users is very useful.

Currently, the sync only work for the appointmens with start time in the future, if we set the start time in the past, the reminder and email won't send to the users.

In many cases, the Users had unscheduled meeting, then they want to create the appointment and sync with other user with the importance note from that meeting, it is not working.

This could be done using Calendar feature on Outlook, the sync worked as expected for the meeting in the past.

It will be much more convenience and save customers many clicks and time if it could be done righ from Dynamics CRM.

Please make the appointment with start date in the past sync as normal.
