It would be a great enhancement to the usability of the CRM web application if email attachments could be selected from the local machine, and dragged directly into the CRM email to be added as an attachment (similar to Outlook functionality). In organizations where users are not looking to use anything but the web application for CRM access, this would be especially useful.
