When a Payment Journal Approval process is used and approved for the first time - it may take more than a day, and the user may want to change the Posting Date of the Journal Line. If ANYTHING is changed on the Line, it re-triggers the approval flow. It makes sense if certain fields are changed that it would trigger the process again, but the Posting Date should not?
