There is no strategy that limits the location selection to just locations that have been selected for put away work that has yet to be completed.
The none selection looks through every single location every time. The empty no incoming work does not work for multi pallet locations if many pallets are registered before put away work is completed. We receive 60 pallets going to 10, 12, 13 pallet locations that has to search through every full location of a different item and can take more than a minute to find a location.

Thank you for your feedback. We released this feature as part of the functionality in Consolidate including incoming work location directive action strategy.
