Its a great pain to customize the Activity view grid , adding new fields into this grid is not straightforward.
We need to track the activities based on the Fiscal year and hence have created customized field in Phone call , email & Letter activity but the same field cannot be added to Activity view and this is causing issue to filter activities related to a specific year
