In The Dutch localization is is possible to perform non-SEPA with the BTL91 format.
This format is outdated and one of the largest banks from the Netherlands (Rabobank) has already stopped supporting this format.
End-users working with this bank, can't perform non-sepa payments from NAV/BC.
Is it possible to introduce a new format for the non SEPA payments in XML-format?
When creating this XML-format with ISO 20022 this format is also accepted by the CCG standards.
