Retailers can use the return product operation on the mPOS to do a return without a receipt. However, this operation is also linked to returning a sales order through the omnichannel return order process on the mPOS. It is logical to have manager permission required for a return without receipt, but when you require manager permission for this operation it also requires you to enter manager creds when doing a return of a sales order at the mPOS. There should be an option to require manager permission on one and not the other.
