My client wants to be able to add a group of people/emails as a CC recipient when sending a transactional email through a journey in Real-time journeys. As of right now it only allows for 5 emails to be added as CC recipients which are also dynamic values, this field only allows for one email. This means that users will have to select the 5 CCs every time they create a journey which sends an email. Our users create multiple journeys of this kind every day and we would like a better solution to this. My client has a set group of people that wants a copy of every transactional email that is sent.
