We need to be able to identify from bulk email send a hard bounce. Ideally this would work similarly to marking record or even integrate with bounce/hard bounce interaction in marketing 365.

Seems another work around could be similar to other idea of detecting subject for auto reply Microsoft Idea (dynamics.com) where we could query the start of subject to do some action on it or flag a "bounce" toggle in interim.
