All items are set up as Made to Stock. All items and customers have Reservations set to Never.
When I enter an order and accept the Capable to Promise under Order Promising, it reserves everything not in stock. My shipper is unable to post the order without cancelling the reservation. It also changes the Reserve column on the sales line from Never to Optional after accepting Order Promising.
Make item reserving an option as it is not necessary for all companies.
