Allow changing field ValidateTableRelation property via extension.

In our solution we use Item No. (and some other fields) on Sales, Purchase, Item Journal lines for entering search string - we do search OnBeforeValidateEvent and change entered string with found/selected Item No. Problem is that in most cases the field has ValidateTableRelation = True and that prevents using it in such scenario.

It would be good to have option to change ValidateTableRelation property via extension.

Another option could be to have special event similar to OnBeforeValidateEvent but which is run before validating table relation - maybe OnBeforeValidateTableRelationEvent.
