When we perform cycle count using warehouse mobile APP, we cannot count unexpected item during the cycle count, until we complete counts for all on hand inventory for expected items in the location.

As there maybe lots of items to count and the unexpected items could show up at any time, it will be very helpful if we can count the unexpected item at any time, so that we don't have to wait until at the end of count for all expected items we encountered earlier, and then try to locate all unexpected item and add them.
