It would be good to have a feature to manage compensatory time off - this type of absence requires 2 steps -


  1. Request credit for the weekend/holiday worked with a workflow approval
  2. The date worked on weekend/holiday must be recorded with justification
  3. Upon approval of the request, there is a credit to the person's leave balance
  4. This leave must be used within a certain period(which can be parameterized)
  5. IF not used within the period, the balance must lapse.
  6. The period to use the leave credit is counted from the day that the person worked on weekend/holiday, which is available in the initial request.
