Issue description - An option “only records in inventory Journal table that match the selected filter ” to create an alert rule has been deprecated into D365FO. This option was there in AX2012 R3.

Repro steps –
1. In AX2012, Go to USMF> Inventory management> Journal > Item transactions> Transfer.
2. Right click on Name failed and choose ‘Create Alert rule’
3. Check the third option in ‘Alert me for’ section. This option is no longer there in D365FO.

Actual result - Option to create alert for any particular record is not available in D365FO.

Expected result - We should be able to create an alert for any particular record in D365FO.

The business impact of this issue is that we cannot create alert for any particular customer, so for example if alert is configured on sales order then customer receive alert for every sales order that is created in the company. however the requirement is that customer should be receiving alert for any particular customer in the company. This creates lots of unnecessary work for customer.

The work around is to open a particular customer and then create alert for the current record.
