Generating Marketing List for Users

Currently, user can't create a marketing list for CRM users. This implies that you can't send any user related marketing by creating marketing list.

You can create a record in Dynamics 365 (e.g. Contact, Lead, etc.) that can be used to add the CRM user to a Marketing List.
