Future featuring the option to easily track customer sales order packing slip delivery failures maybe helpful for purpose to be better prepared (e.g. data entry, driver routes, packaging, printing, labels, etc..).

Thanks for your input. It is however not clear to us if you refer to packing slip posting failures (where the sales packing slip fails to post), or if you refer to not being able to deliver the goods at the destination. For both cases, what is needed to track. Can you please elaborate on the kind of scenarioes where you lack support today in more details, such that we can understand in more details what you are seeking. At present the entry is not detailled enough for us to assess it properly.
