As these products are likely to be consumed in the manufacturing process, potentially where a number of products are consumed in the BOM; they ideally need to be functioning in the same way as other products. With the current implemented functionality, it's a split process where you have to use a paper pick list for the consignment inventory and the mobile device for the other products.

Come on, Microsoft, take it on the road map.We are now working for 3 years with customized code migrated from AX2012 to be able to use the D365 mobile WMS solution, because we are heavily depended on consignment stock handling and advanced warehouse processes.However, we are waiting to go to the standard to have the vendor collaboration working with consignment stock.It's a must have.
