You can't basically do nothing in the Business Central SmartPhone and Tablet Client, because the Menu Entries (on top right to company name of the Web Client) will no shown in these clients.

From our customer's point of view, this lack of functionality is a bug. They expect to see all menu items, no matter which client (browser, tablet, phone) is being used.
