The bank details form both in Personnel Management and Employee self-service is only designed for the US market. From an employee perspective 'Routing Number' is a required field and in the UK we do not use this. Therefore I rename this field to 'Sort Code' however, there is then help text behind this renamed field relating to routing number making this not fit for purpose. Moreover, a UK Sort code is 6 digits long and I can enter up to 10 after re purposing this field. I also cannot hide this field as it is required and will error if I try to save the form without entering data. A parameter maybe on the legal entity where a region can be selected which then drives localisations of forms such as Bank details and Address' (as UK do not use State as an example) would be an amazing feature and really drive the solution to a wider market.

Huge need for this in the UK market, bank details form is almost completely incomprehensible to end users and we shouldn't have to train people on how to fill this form in.

Any update on this please?

The whole list of values for routing number type is counter intuitive. How are end users meant to understand what acronyms like SC, AT, BL are meant to mean? Sure a challenge for people with impairments too where there may use screen readers?

Also in the Netherlands their is a big need for this.
For example we don't store a Routing number but the IBAN should be mandatory.

It should be possible to configure the mandatory fields and fields shown per legal entity / country.
