Provide a mechanism to allow a customer to request service at a particular time of their own choosing. This can be by providing easy-to-follow instructions for exposing the Schedule Assistant in a portal, as discussed in the end of the Time Groups LMS course, or for those clients that don't want to use our Schedule Assistant interface, an API that allows them to submit a request and get back a list of availability that they can then render on a portal as desired, select, and submit a request for a particular time or timeframe. The Schedule Assistant should be enhanced to work with a request, not necessarily an existing Work Order, because if the Customer cannot find an appointment that works on their schedule, they may not want to get the service at all. In that case, you don't want the Work Order to be added unless it is also scheduled.

Any chance you are going to be using MS Bookings to facilitate this feature set? Seems like a natural product relationship as part of the O365 > Dynamics 365 relationship ;)
