Currently, in Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Sensitive Fields Monitoring feature only allows assigning a single recipient to receive notifications. We would like to suggest enhancing this functionality by allowing multiple recipients (e.g., several users or email addresses) to be added as notification recipients.

This would ensure that notifications are not missed if the assigned person is unavailable (due to vacation, illness, etc.), and would improve coverage and response times. Ideally, it should be possible to assign a group, a team, or simply multiple individuals who would all receive the alert when a sensitive field is changed or accessed.

This feature would provide greater flexibility and reliability for organizations that depend on sensitive data monitoring for compliance and security purposes.

Additionally, it would be very helpful if it were possible to distinguish recipients by different areas of responsibility. For example, a colleague from the finance department could receive notifications about finance-related sensitive fields, while another colleague could be notified about sensitive changes in a different business area. This would allow notifications to be routed more precisely and relevantly, ensuring that the right people are informed about changes that concern their specific area.
