checks typically have a memo field in the lower left corner which allows you to describe what the check is paying off, we have had this request to get this functionality added to Dynamics 365 for Financials.

Not only add a comment/description field for a payment available on the check for that specific payment , but also make a comment from the vendor card available on the check for information to be included on every payment to that vendor.

I was very surprised that a check memo wasn't standard with this system. Many vendors need account numbers or other information included on their checks and hand writing this information on a check stub does not look professional.

This is basic. A memo on a check is standard. Odd it is missing, hopefully they add it.
