WSP 4628 - Customer Hierarchy
In a typical Retail environment, our clients are dealing with multiple customers.  They would like to maintain the parent and child relationship for a group of customers (Ex. Dealer - franchise).  They are also interested to keep the payment terms / delivery terms at parent customer and expect that child customer should inherit the details from parent customer.  They need reporting for a group and view the transactions in a graphical way (in the form of parent and child) at multiple levels.
