It would be nice to future be able to easily incorporate legal entity commercial reference letter tracking and print out. Not having this option the user may conventionally process and track these letters outside the system.

Having the option to track legal commercial references, the user may future be able to easily inquiry, print and track these letters, by date, by time, by user and by team member responsible and by account.
