When making a segment based journey, and choosing frequency: A one-time journey where newly added audience members can start any time. I get the understanding that only new members of the segment will go through this journey, and that they will go through this journey once.


When making a new version of the journey I get this information before publishing the new version.


You have made changes that will impact the audiences experience. A new version will be created, so that:

  • audience in the previous version won*t be impacted
  • analytics will be tracked for each journey version.


From this information I still get the impression that the audience that has gone though this journey already will not go though it again. I experience that this is not the case. All the members of the segment did go though this journey again.


I wish for the information to be rewritten to provide the correct understanding. And also make the understand functionality as explained her available in the application.
