We need the ability to fine-tune searching in the Copilot for Sales App in Outlook. When users create new Contacts or attempt to save emails to Dynamics 365, they need to search for the appropriate CRM records. This is particularly an issue for Accounts. With thousands of records to choose from, we require the ability to utilize Advanced Lookup, or choose specific Dynamics views to refine search results. The current searching functionality based on name (with only the ability to refine by record type), makes this great functionality nearly useless. Our current workaround is to advise our users to keep sticky notes on their desk with the unique codes for their Account records. This is the only way they can effectively locate and select the Account record they need.
