We went to the planning board on Production Floor Management it was empty.
We clicked on “Configure My Workspace”
We did not have a Production Unit so added it, no difference. We then made the configuration a resource and we got one line (which is correct).
Another user went in and immediately they had all the lines.
We went back to my sign-on and removed all configuration and then all lines displayed.
We do not understand why this happened, why no orders then with exactly the same setup all the orders.
