As a system administrator for D365 FO, I should be able to see workflow items by user where ever there is workflow. Currently, I can't see who has what to approve and that makes support users pretty difficult with invoices, requisitions, and POs in transit.

Also need the ability to delegate a set of items to another user retrospectively.
