For CI/CD, testing, prerelease evaluation and a lot of other scenarios, it would be great to have an API to pull runtime packages from AppSource that match the version (artifact) of a Docker container.

The ability to download runtime packages directly from AppSource for specific versions would be a significant improvement for development teams. It would streamline deployment processes, reduce compatibility issues, and accelerate development cycles. This feature would align perfectly with modern CI/CD workflows, enabling better integration with Docker containers and enhancing overall efficiency. I fully support this idea and believe it would greatly benefit the community. Please, Microsoft, prioritize the implementation of this crucial feature!

This feature is really needed. As an ISV that supports customizations, we encounter application dependency problems all the time, which prevent us from publishing. The only solution for now is to use an instance of the client sandbox, which creates a whole set of other challenges for us.
