Template favorites for emails, journeys and forms in Customer Insights - Journeys are currently stored only in browser local storage. This causes favorites to be lost when users switch devices, use incognito mode, or when browser profiles are reset or website data is automatically cleared. Please store favorites server-side per user so they persist across sessions, browsers, and devices.
