It'd be nice to have side-by-side comparisons of effective permissions, user groups, permission sets, particularly when MS updates one of their base sets that you've copied. The blue prompt telling you something has been updated doesn't provide detail.
The ability to see intersect, and differential permissions and what role provide the permissions.
There are no decent options for bulk updating multiple users at the same time (the checkbox matrix views are laborious as they are per company)
