Recent Windows security updates caused the Export to PDF function from a CRM Report to cease functioning. The option can be selected but "nothing happens".

This occurs only from within the CRM Outlook client - Export to PDF from the IE Web Applications continues to work.

While we have not proved causation, the removal of Windows Update 2699988:

fixes the issue.

This does seem like a bug. Please go through the Support/SE channel to see if this can be fixed.
