Currently, you are able to at mention users in a Post within the timeline of a record but the only way the user would know, is if they consistently check What's new (which our CRM users do not). It would be nice if the user was somehow notified of the at mention. (in app notifications or Teams)—"You've been Mentioned in a Task. Click Here to access the record". I'm sure you could solve this issue using Power Automate, but I have found it challenging.
