Edit annalistic option for power bi reports under any workspace is only available if the sysreporteditor role or system administrator role are used

Noticed the sysreporteditor and issystemadministrator roles are hardcoded to enable the Edit analytics option on the workspaces.


This prevent using any custom roles, applying the required privileges or duties.
