Usually, we send the collection letter using the print functionality present on the "Review and process collection letters". Email sending can have troubles, like a missing email on the customer master data when it's happening.
The email isn't sent to the customer, and however, there isn't any reference about this missing sending. So, the request is to add on the "Review and process collection letters" a flag to indicate if the collection letter has been sent or not by email, also using the print functionality.
