People workspace for non HR users, need the ability to ensure access but only able to see direct & indirect reports.
The People workspace in D365 HR is a really effective tool at providing the users with key information fast.
Currently if a user has access to the people workspace they have full flexibility to drill up or down, effectively being able to see details of anyone in the business.
