If you are using Business Central 15 On-Premise you can export the ledger entries as a configuration package however if you are migrating a tenant to SaaS you can not import the data. If you attempt to export from SaaS only the first table with ledger entries is filled and the other are left blank.

This is something that I noticed too. I tried to export a few tables with Ledger Entries for use in Excel. The first exported table contained data, as expected, but the 2nd and later tables showed no data. Instead they had just one line: the number of the table under Entry No. and in the column next to it the name of the package.

So 1 ledger entry table in an export works, in case of multiple ledger entry tables in an export only the 1st one gets filled. That makes little sense.

Microsoft, please address this and reinstate full export functionality in Configuration Packages!
